Creamy Cilantro Dressing

Ingredients

1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons green onions -- thinly sliced
2 tablespoons nonfat dairy sour cream
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro -- snipped
1 tablespoon dijon mustard

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Cover and chill for up to 1
week. Stir before serving.
Serve over seafood or chicken salads or Tex-Mex salads.
Makes about 2/3 cup.
